FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Answers curated from real customer conversations with our materials team.

How do I choose between C72900 and beryllium copper for a bushing?

Start from the component: load, sliding speed, counterface, lubrication and temperature. C72900 is commonly evaluated for wear-sensitive high-load sliding parts; beryllium copper is chosen for spring or strength-driven duties. Compare grade, condition and actual trial performance — not a single maximum strength number.

Do you publish prices on the website?

No. Pricing depends on grade, condition, dimensions, quantity and destination. Use Request a Quote with your specification and we will respond with a quotation.

Can you supply according to our drawing?

Yes, custom machined parts are reviewed case by case. Attach your drawing (pdf/step/dxf/dwg) in the enquiry form and our engineers will confirm feasibility, tolerances and lead time.

Are the property values on product pages guaranteed?

They are reference values from our brochure for the listed condition and size. Final values must be confirmed against your required condition, dimensions and specification before design approval.

Which documents can you provide with an order?

Datasheets and inspection reports are available per product; material certificates can be discussed per order. Download datasheet links appear on product pages when available.
