Every order is reviewed against the stated standard, condition and dimensions. Reference values are labelled with their test conditions, and grade equivalence is never assumed without confirmation.
Datasheets and inspection report samples are available per product. Material certificates and order-specific documentation can be discussed per order.
Drawings (pdf/step/dxf/dwg) are reviewed by engineers for feasibility, tolerances and lead time before any commitment is made.
Technical questions are answered by our materials team. During working hours we respond within 30 minutes of receiving your enquiry.
